They are oh so very rude. Me and my husband went the other day with my 2 month old and they didn’t say Anything about us having him in there in the lobby it’s not like we were in the exam rooms or anything just the lobby then someone came up and told me that I had to go outside with my 2 month old in the 45 degree weather and when I mentioned that the lady basically told me that it was my problem and if I didn’t want to stand outside I can go sit in my car. They wanted me to keep my brand new baby out in the cold. My husband refused to continue with the process because he didn’t want us to be stuck out in the cold. Very very rude staff. Dontate else where. You will be treated better.

I have never had any problems at this center! Everything they do is for a reason, and I am only giving a short amount of my day for a little extra cash. The staff is mostly friendly and make it relaxing while I wait to start the process, especially Jay! I recommend to anyone who talks about needing a little extra to spend!

Do not go unless you enjoy being treated like a piece of crap. The way they treated my husband was unprofessional and rude. Find somewhere else to donate. Your sure to find kindness elsewhere.
