I gave plasma 7 of the 8 times I was supposed to donate before I would be eligible for the stated $90 bonus.Every time I would donate, I made sure that I asked staff about the bonus. However, during my 7th donation, I was told by A young staffer, representing herself as a manager, that I did not qualify. No one mentioned to me that because I received $50 for my first five donation, that I was disqualified from the $90 after 8 donations. I did not return for the 8th donation be cause bof that. So I called back several days later because I felt that I deserve the Bonus and I wanted a legitimate reason why staff person misrepresented herself as a manager. When I do call to speak to the manager, I get placed on hold and no one comes to the phone.

I went there twice and instead of them telling me they didnt service the area I stayed in they just kept telling me to come back. I used all the money I had to make it there and they turned me away because I live in morton....something they should have told me from day one when I called, day two when I went there the first time.

I thought it was a relatively good experience. Workers were friendly and mostly helpful. Today was my first time to give plasma. It took an excruciatingly long time, but I think that was because it was my first time. I plan on going this weekend. Hopefully, it will go a little quicker.

Went there and gave all forms of id and mail that had my current address from the past 30 days and had a date on the letter. After 2 trips there they keep adding in more restrictions.
