I arrived at 9:50am with a friend turned in all my paperwork and was not told that my POA was not acceptable till 12:45. Then they decided that they would accept it but didnt tell me this until 1:30 when I went back up to ask a question. THEN they decided to register me, pricked my finger and marked me and at 2:20 when I finally saw a Dr was still turned down because of a surgery I had back in 1997. Complete waste of time AND Gas! They seem to be making so many changes that they are dropping the ball on training and basic screening process.

Staff is friendly and not to mention they have a shutel bus to sanysidro. If you reside, in south bay. This is a super advantage. On top of all this its a clean environment. Vending machine are extreamy cheap for those who have the munchies. And if you find yourself complaining... Well shame on you because it is free money. Just keep in mind to make pleanty of time for your first time, it could take up to 4 hours

I called the plasma center to get information about donating plasma and spoke to a lady named Jasmine. She was very sociable and friendly, and comforting when I voiced my concerns. I signed up to donate and they told me all that was involved and even reminded me to eat a good breakfast beforehand. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the appointment later, but overall I was very impressed with their customer service.

Being a donor at Scantibodies Plasma Center is a wonderful opportunity to help save lives and supplement your income. I started donating last month and feel the rewards of being able to help others and also provide for my family. The facilities is super clean, the staff is friendly and it only takes a few hours a week. I am grateful for that this plasma center has blessed the community of El Cajon.

This used to be the best plasma facility in sd but the record keeping in regards to your pay outs is broken. The burden of proof falls on you if you have a complaint about the fact you were not paid what they owe from the machine. The referral program is also unreliable and staff avoid recording there fact you were referred unless you physically bring someone in yourself.

Registration is the longest process, be prepared to wait. After that the process is pretty quick. I feel great and hope i got to save a few lives with my donation.
