Ok, I NEVER do ratings; however, I had to for this one. After reading some of the previous ratings I was terrified to sell my plasma. I expected rude people and waiting for hours on end. I went for the first time today and honestly had a great experience. Everyone i worked with were fantastic. I seriously cant say enough about how nice everyone was from the person who checked me in, the lady who did my exam, the lady who did my physical, and finally the guy who took the plasma. They helped me through the process and made sure i was well educated on what exactly they were doing. They made sure i didnt feel like just another number. INCREDIBLE STAFF!!! I also expected it to take forever; my appointment was at 12:30 and i was out of the door before 3. So ya it did take awhile, but it was my first time and i hear that takes longer AND it honestly didnt even feel like 3 and a half hours because of all the people I interacted with. Overall great way to earn some extra cash and i will definitely be going back there many times in the future :)

They were terrible. they were inconsiderate of my time both times i was in there. The first donation is supposed to take 3 hours.. tops.. I was there for 4 and a half. The second time/ third time they wouldnt let me donate even though i brought in my mail saying that i lived at my address. Then the fourth time they let me, only after i waited in the waiting room for an hour.. then had a follow up interview, then waited 25 more min. Then i got to donate. I will never go back. The staff and management are inconsiderate and a bunch of douche bags.

This place is so unorganized. Before doing screening or physical or blood test, you should throw out all the other possibilities of not being able to donate. I wasted 2 hours for them to tell me my veins are too small if that was screened the second you walk threw the door it would eliminate a lot of paper work and save me a lot of time.

Aside from the waiting, the staff is incredible!! In particular a friendly redhead (Amanda M.?) who is EXCELLENT with customer service, very attentive and fair to clients. I go hoping she will be working and able to handle my donation process. Her friendly, genuine personality makes the wait much more pleasant and goes by faster.

With the new appointment system the donations go quickly. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful if you have any questions but prone to different moods like normal humans. They usually have some sort of incentive to donate every month in addition to being paid. 10/10 would come again. Sometimes the wifi is really slow, though.

Great place to go to donate plasma and earn some side cash. I have been donating here for 2.5 years despite the presence of other plasma centers in the area. Staff is very personable and do their jobs well. Recent changes at the center have decreased the total time I spend here and can usually get out in 1-1.25 hours.

Pretty good facility. Compared to others I have been to, it is way fast. Staff is friendly and helpful. This was my first time at this location. They were even training a guy when I was there, but they still got me done an hour less than the other places have. I recommend it.

This place is great. My first time went so smoothly because of the amazing staff. They truely care how you feel and want to make sure you are comfortable. Everytime I go, the process is easy and the phlebotomists do their job so well! They have awesome incentives as well!

it was very hard to get started they need the sscard and they are picky about proof of address and dont be more than 5mins late! once i got approved it was fine it takes me 90mins from when i walk out the door and head out with 25or30 bucks

Consistently takes 45 minutes or more to even start donating. Not sure if the problem is with short staffing or organization. Staff is pleasant, the process is just wildly inefficient. Plan for minimum 2-3 hours for the donation process.

Terrible phlebotomists, couldnt ever hit my vein (which is a large target) and then blame my hydration when I no flow. Had pain and bulging through my entire donation which they ignored. Very incompetent staff do not go here.
