The initial contact was prompt and responsive. Then I was contacted by the tow company, they were given the wrong address and after we straightened that out, the rep. told me she had to check my location on GOOGLE. She then came back on the phone saying my vehicle (1978 Chevrolet Blazer) would not fit on there flat bed. I told them I had had that vehicle towed a couple of times in the past ON A FLAT BED. She said she would set me up with a standard tow truck. I have not heard from anyone since.

The tolling service was very smooth, They came on time and remove the car was so easy. The driver was very nice and friendly. The Kars4kids customer service was very friendly . She provided all the information to me to ensure this process goes smoothly. They also sent an E-mail to follow up and provide more information about after the car is pulled out Then How to deal with DMV and file a released liability paperwork . The whole process was so easy and smooth. !!!! Thank you !!!!

Great experience with Kars 4 Kids. I know....that radio ad song is kind of irritating, but it caught my attention! So when I sadly realized it was time to donate my car, I contacted them. Everything from the first phone call, through pick up,through getting the receipt,went perfectly. The fact that the communicate clearly , in a timely fashion, at every step of the way, makes a huge difference.! Thanks, Kars for Kids, for making a sad event as easy to deal with as possible!

This is an awesome organization. The pick up and sale of my car went smoothly and efficiently. The emailed instructions were very clear and contained all the necessary details. The email also contained a link to the DMV website for filling out transfer of ownership, and a link to the receipt of sale and accompanying IRS tax forms. They were able to sell my car for much more than I expected, which was an unexpected bonus. Thank you Kars4Kids!

I would not recommend anyone to this organization. My 1996 Avalon was worth atleast $1500 Bluebook value and they sent me a receipt for $500. Being a non-profit and having the tax benefits made no difference to them. For me it was a huge loss as I was hoping to get a decent deduction on my taxes but instead landed up with almost nothing.
