4/20/2017 I donated a car back in Dec. 2016. One of these things that excited me about donating the car was I knew it would help in some way. Also, I found out upon donating the car I would get a free weekend getaway. Today, I, initially contacted Kars 4 Kids about my Vacation Get Away Packet after sending iny $50.00 check it being cashed and me NOT receving my packet yet. The lady that answered the phone blew me OFF and offered me no assistance. So, I, decided to go online and "whala" saw chat-Box. So, I, decided to see if I could get help. Omg! A representative by the name of( DONALD) took time and listened to my concerns and gave me all the information I needed to get this matter resolved. Thank you very, very, much Donald for your "exceptional" customer care and patience with me.

Upon deciding to donate my Sebring, I wanted to donate to a charity that I knew positively affects the lives of Children. Kars4Kids was a no hassel and great experience for donating my car even though I could not find the DMV title. The tow company that picked up the vehicle actually arrived earlier than expected however he was patient, understanding and kind. They responded promptly to my request and were extremely professional throughout the process. It feels good knowing that the car I once love will be used to positively change so many lives of children. Thanks!

Everyone I spoke with was very cordial and willing to help. When none one was available to pick up the car same day I was so full of anxieties from the move my husbands death and everything else I started crying. Told them TU and thought now what do i do. The specialist emailed me back and gave me a different number to call and they in turn were there within the hour which made me believe again.

Extremely easy to donate a car to Kars4kids. They are prompt and handle all the arrangements and paperwork. Everyone involved was very courteous and appreciative and respectful of my time. The whole process was literally easier and less time consuming that washing the old car I donated. I like knowing that my old car is helping out this great organization and the kids they help.

Everything went just as I hoped it would. Electronic and telephone communications were efficient and courteous.The tow truck driver showed up on time and demonstrated expertise and a very cheerful attitude. Kars4kids also handled the required paperwork etc with California DMV immediately and sent me the release of liability the following day. Very happy with the entire transaction.

Excellent!!! I had a 2006 Acura MDX with 301,000 miles on it. The car literally stopped in the middle of the street when the entire engine shut down. I parked it 8 miles from my house, and called Kars4Kids. There was minimal paperwork, they came picked up the car and the donation amount exceeded my expectations! Thank you

The tow truck driver was very professional and efficient. I met him where my truck was, he had me sign the paper, and told me that I would be receiving the tax donation form in about 2 weeks. Then he put my vehicle on his truck and left. It was so easy and for a good cause. I am glad I donated my truck to "Kars4kids".

It was really easy to get everything going. They sent me links to do the paperwork that needed to be done at the dmv. Someone came and towed the car provided me the receipts and everything went really smoothly and now i have a vacation and a tax rebate. I would highly recommend them.

Kars4kids car don was fantastic to work with. They give you an appointment date and time that they will come pick up your car. Fast and easy you just sign over your pink slip and the car is gone. And you get a few perks a mini vacation all paid for. Thank you kars4kids!!!!

They are a horrible company to deal with. If you want a very low tax deduction use them. Your car will be sold at auction for way below the FMV and you will get an extremely low tax deduction. Better off selling the car for parts or donating it to another company.

The process was fantastic. Very simple and easy. The only thing I ask is some sort of confirmation when the car is actually picked up. I had to wait until I got home to see if the car was still there or not. Other than that, the service was amazing!! Good job!!

Fast initial response. There was a hiccup between Kars4Kids and the towing company in getting the pick-up when requested, but upon calling Kars4Kids back they contacted a different company and got the car picked up as requested. Overall worked out fine.

Fast service, I called around noon and by 13:00 the car had been picked up. I know this is not typical but it was just good service and i lucked out that the driver had a previous pickup cancel around the time i scheduled mine.
