Very sketchy place! I would not donate here if I could donate somewhere else. The center smells like Cigarettes so bad that when you leave you smell like one. The majority of the works swear quite a bit. During my physical the Medical supervisor was not ethical and did not ask me the questions or do the physical completely. The Donor Processors usually skip questions at the very end as well. Most of the employees have a terrible attitude during there shift, especially Dean. I would stay away from here if you can.

After waiting for 3 god forsaken hours I was told by the screening person that my "gang affiliated" tattoo deffers me from donating there... Mind you that I donated there for years with it when it was zlb back in 08 and prior years... Staff stands around (an average of 8 at a time by my count) and it still takes 3 hours per new donor to do 30 minutes worth of checks.... I could see an hour and a half at the most, it would be nice to have a job with that much downtime...

The wait times can be long depending on when you go in. If you are under 150lbs you may want to try another place as you can only earn 35$ for 2 donations in a week. They have the best trained phlebotomists for drawing blood if you are afraid of needles. They really try the hardest to make it as comfortable as possible to donate. The staff is great!

Came in on a sunday morning. Everyone was very nice with the exception on one phlebotomist but you can tell that people dont like their job or very low paid. Other than that it was a very pleasant experience (first time ever donating) and the first 2 times is $60 not bad at all. But it was a long process total it took 4 hrs.

The wait is always ridiculous. The computers are constantly slow or freezing up. A couple of the staff is extremely rude and will even talk trash on some of the customers. Place is decently clean. Majority of the staff is very nice and enjoyable. Money is not always available in a timely manner

The staff has always been nice and proffesional when i have gone to donate. Wait time isnt always a joke.Depends on the time of day also i believe. In regards to druggies, homeless, and scumbags only.... Not so. I go to make a differance and i am none of the above

Maybe caught them on an off day but staff is rude and the place is filthy. It looks more like a waiting room for a muffler shop. Dirty floors chairs etc... I was going to donate but after seeing the level of cleanliness I would not trust such a facility

I have been donating here for many years. As of late they are improving their wait times after hiring many new employees. There are a few bad apples in the staff, but for the most part, I find the employees very enjoyable. very enjoyable.

This place has a bad smell when u walk in. I was told that i could not go back due to a tattoo they said was gang related. So i talk to the supervisor and ask what tattoo they were talking about and they could not give me a answer.

Hell yeah! He saw a tiny tiny metal shaving on the needle.. If he woulda been to busy talking id have a little shard in my vain.. Their on top of it!! Very much appreciated bro! That could have been very bad.
