March 2015 I purchased a 2014 Promaster that jeff bearden (new car sales manager) stated there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Its now April 2016 and the Promaster has been back to the dealership 10 times with me waiting more than 40 hours in the waiting room. Everything the Promaster has been back for was a problem before I purchased it The Promaster still has not been fixed. Update....I was back to service twice in July 2016. the first time after many telephone conversations with the service writer I thought The promaster was going to get a new body control module and brake pads. After waiting for 3 hours i was informed they adjusted parameters instead which accomplished nothing. The second visit to service in July I waited 3.5 hours and was told by the service manager that nothing is wrong with the promaster. Yesterday I received a call from a former employee at Milnes that informed me that the majority of the times I took the Promasted in for service the sales manager Jeff Bearden had instructed them to let it set and not do anything to fix it. This because I had previously written a negative review. I offered Jeff Bearden when I purchased the Promaster "when I am happy with a company I tell the whole world" and "when I am unhappy with a company I tell the whole world" Milnes and Jeff Bearden could have gotten a positive review if they had been honest and fixed the Promasters problems.

Review for Milnes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Imlay City: It’s hard to have a “good” experience when purchasing a vehicle; it’s just not set up for enjoyment. We have purchased numerous new/ used vehicles over the years and we can count on one hand “having a good experience”. But this dealership has changed our opinion for the better. Our salesman Garry Sparkman (Sales and Leasing) is the absolute bomb collectively with Wayne Anderson (Used car Manager) and Chris Drzewiecki (Business Manager) we’d like to say your dealership is one of those five based entirely on your sales team which is absolutely remarkable. We purchased three new/used cars in the past two months from Milnes and Garry, Wayne and Chris made this transaction seamless, satisfying and enjoyable. I bought a used 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have been shopping at dealerships near Sterling Heights/Troy/Rochester. I am very lucky that I decided to drive up to Milnes to check out the car. They are way different from the aggressive dealerships near Troy. They apply no pressure, work with you, and take their time to show you the car that you are buying instead of just trying to flip cars. After searching the market for a while, I know that they are a very honest dealership and Nathan was very good help. For loans, Rhonda promised to get the best rate. I have a very good credit so I thought I could land a better deal outside. She has 25 years experience and spoke with confidence and she was right. She got me a loan with a lower APR than I found on my own. She is fantastic. I strongly recommend visiting Milnes even if you live further away it is worth it. See Nathan if you can!

Terrible customer service. Called and talked to the service manager, chris about bringing my car in to have the computer reprogrammed. She stated that i did not need an appointment. So i brought the car in and was turned away, saying that i had to have an appointment. I then brought my car back several days later to have the computer programmed, a 15 minute job, and was told that it would cost 160 dollars. I have had this same service done to another car and the charge was 50 dollars. Called around and found a dealer in white lake, Szott chrysler, that told me to just bring it in and they would program it for free. Any place tha is willing to charge a customer 160 dollars for 15 minutes of labor is ripping people off. Shame on them. Go elsewhere and save yourself some hard earned money.

A big THANK YOU to Garry Sparkman and the entire team at Milnes! All I wanted to do was stop in and talk over my options. My vehicle at the time was starting to give me trouble and it was going to be more than I wanted to spend and defiantly needed to upgrade. Having a business I cannot afford to be without a vehicle with customers relying on me. That night I drove out of there in an upgraded vehicle with a plow package and no more worries of breaking down and not letting my customers down as well. Go and talk to Keith at Milnes Chrysler, between him and the finance department I was finally able to get the jeep I really wanted at a price I could afford. He is a top notch guy and will help you out anyway he can to get you in the vehicle your looking for. My interest was even knocked down from what I originally had and was also referred to another insurance company to help me save even more money. All in all I had a great experience and highly recommended Keith and the staff at Milnes Chrysler.

If you need a new car this is the place to go! The entire crew here was so incredibly helpful especially Jamie withgetting me approved and in a new car! They catered to ALL of my needs, worked after hours, and were so friendly. Jamie went above and beyond and did most of our work through the phone and texting which made this so much easier on me. Back in November we purchased a used 2010 vehicle from Keith at the Chrysler store. Service was great and the finance department helped make our car more than affordable. I have had a great experience with Milnes Chrysler. My salesman Gary Sparkman was great he helped my husband and I find the right truck to pull our travel trailer so we never had to worry about traveling. We did have a recall on our truck and when I called Gary he had the service department call us very quickly. They got our truck in asap and had it ready for us the same day. Had a great buying experience from salesman, Dan Jones. My husband and I really appreciated how Dan worked to get us the best price possible on a used car that we bought in August 2015. Salesman (Keith) was great.However,service /prep. needs to get on the ball. Ordered a new 2014 Ram with 2 additional options on it.A bed liner and running boards.They had 2 days to prep this Truck.Upon picking it up,bed liner was absent.They took care of that.Then getting ready to leave,noticed all tires were down 5 to 10 PSI.Took care of that.They should look vehicles over a little closer before giving to the customer.

Found the truck I wanted online, then called and informed them I was interested in the truck and wanted to make sure it was still for sale because I was driving 2 hours to their dealership. They had me wait around for a hour when I got there so they could locate the truck only to tell me it was gone to auction before they had even opened that day. Wasted my whole day
