Ive worked in retail and geeze sometimes things can get messy. But wow. Every isle i went to was a mess. All the items mixed up thrown around. Items were far from stocked. Terrible. Was shoping for some wic items and assuming its already a hassel i took my time looking hard to find what i needed in those disaster isles. Wasted soooo much times just because things were not stocked or placed correctly above the items description. The bread was a messsss. The eggs were a mess. Part of the cereal isle was a mess. The water was far from stocked my husband wasnt able to reach it. So i get to the counter and make sure my items are easy for the cashier isabel to scan with the right check and what so many items were wrong. I told her the shelves were a mess if there was an employee that could bring the right items i was missing and all she could say was agh. You have the book. Yes i have the book that tells me what whole grains i should be getting but if your shit is a mess. How the hell am i suppose to find it. I grabbed what was on the description if the check. All she was worried about is that she was off and she couldnt re ring for the correct items. Ive worked in retail and your not off til you last customer leaves. And is rung up for. 20 mins later someone else was able to fix it. Stock your items go around a fix the shelves. Trust me both employees ans customers would save time if the items are placed correctly and stocked. Rediculous ... maybe one isle is a coinsidence but so many isle were a disaster.

I may have left my card here at the store (you know, while getting frustrated with the self checkout machine I was ushered into) and I literally called ten times to see if someone might have returned it to customer service. Each time I was hung up on after numerous transfers and holds. Also, I requested that the baskets with a car seat carrier be somewhere more accessible. (they are the first baskets in the line with 20 baskets I would have to move to get to them) I was assured that next time they would have them moved, lo and behold, they were still in the same spot. Customer service here is a joke.

Wal-Mart is Wal-Mart so its not going to be galmorous or a customer service gem but this location is about 10 times more tolerable than the location off of Day St. Cashiers vary from blah to pretty upbeat for someone who is dealing with Wal-Martians all day long. Lines are typical but nothing to throw a fit about. Do yourself a favor and put in your headphones and your experience will be better or go to Target:)

The stores cleanliness is better than other Walmarts around the IE...HOWEVER, the employees are not too friendly when asking questions or need help...If you call the store to see if they have an item available, expect to be on hold for a long time and also be transfer from department to department... it seems like the employess are either understaffed or lazy... hmmmm... :/

This is the worst Wal Mart I have ever seen. Who is the manager? Who ever you are you need to be fired. How hard is it to open more registers? Must be pretty hard, Wal Mart is turning into trash. I guess you can be trash when your the only game in town, oh wait target is across the street and stater brothers is near by too. So screw you wal mart. I do love blimpie.

New building with horrible customer service and could be cleaned up a little more. I am sketchy about trying the food from the resturant inside. Some Employees seem to have attitudes or disconcern for customers and their jobs. Need new hiring protocol. Suggestion...hire people who are of quality and wants to work. This would help the moral of the store increase.

This is the best Walmart in the area to go to. Ample parking. Manageable lines. Always clean. Only thing annoying is the receipt checkers at the door that are technically illegal and only allowed in club stores. Once you pay for an item the item and receipt are your property and you are essentially strong armed to give up your property at the door.

Like everyone else says...The store is clean and nice. But the employees are TERRIBLE. They are grumpy and do not like to help customers. I much prefer Target across the street where their employees ask you if you need help and dont mind helping when its needed. They actually WANT my money. I am going to call corporate on this store today.

This Walmart is pretty standard fare. It is a super Walmart, so 24 hour access is nice. The staffing always feels at a minimum; there are usually long lines at most times of the day. Staff are semi knowledgeable, but tend to not have exact locations down. There is a lack of shopping carts at times, even when slow, for some odd reason.

This used to be such a nice and quiet Walmart. Ever since they put up all these low income apartments around Moreno Valley though, all the ghetto people have been going to the Moreno Beach store. There was even just a shooting here July 6th 2017. I would recommend the Valley Springs Parkway Walmart instead of this one.

Disrespectful managers. I had a horrible customer experience. Manager Jonalyn not only hung up on me, but told her associate she was too busy to take my call. Lol RUDE!! She needs more training in how to deal with customers. She always looks unhappy in the store. Maybe she needs a change

This store is so dirty and the shelves are always empty. It is a ghetto ass store. I blame it on management. If I was manager, those employees would be busting ass. Also, since we started having to bring our own bags, we also end up bagging our stuff. Hell I might as well go to Winco.

I do like this wal mart but coming from atlanta where walmart really competes with kroger and have their policy about having as many lines open as possible, i think the wait time could be faster. I went at 2 am once and stood in line for 30 minutes. It was crazy.

One of the last true 24 hr Walmarts left in the area. Used to go after I got off work at 3am. They usually have everything you need. But late at night there is usually only 1 check stand open. I usually stand in line twice as long as i shop there.

Some good stuff... Has 30 something registers and 2 open with lines... Lines... Lines... If you want even just one item be prepared to wait for 20 minutes... Not the happiest sales associate either... Rather go to target which is a minute away.

A simple oil change is taking more than 2 hours. I dropped my car off and went shopping when I returned after an hour they informed me I still had 2 hours. Just a bad experience especially since I bought frozen items

Staff can some times be very helpful but there are many visits where I go and everyone seems to dread working there. Usually the minimal amount of lanes possible are open and the wait is rather long.
