Do NOT go here donated Monday and everything was fine then donated Thursday and ended up passing out after I left there and ended up in an ambulance and taken to hospital. Person who stuck me had it under my skin so my right arm is bulging and hurts super bad so they stuck me on the left and said veins were small so it took awhile but after the last return when your supposed to get saline the girl stopped it Instead of fixing it or finding another way to get it back into my body and just said drink a lot of water and let me leave so went to Kroger to get money off card and passes out on the floor woke up to paramedics saying I was very dehydrated and blood pressure was very low all the people at that place are worried about messing around and goofing off they are not focused when it comes to sticking the donor!!!!!!!!!!

If you are a White Male prepare to be discriminated against!! Three weeks in a row I had to chase these people down to get paid for the donation. I sat for 1hr 15mins in the lobby waiting to be called. Once I was in the chair, I sat for 1hr waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I requested assistance two different times. Still, everyone working ignored me. They assisted the young black girl sitting next to me, the black man across from me, but then began stocking shelves and cabinets. When they finished, the workers began looking for other things to do. I sat there watching all of this. The "nurse" is cold, hard, and should ve working at Planned Parenthood Murdering Babies!! I got up, announced their obvious discrimination, and walked out! I refuse to go back, but will be sure to contact BBB!!

Everything was going fine until i ran into this crazy old women doctor who told me i couldnt donate because i had a blood transfusion when i had my son 11 months ago it has to be. 12 months ago but she told me to come back tomorrow like what sense does that make then she tells my boyfriend he needs to come back another day because he wasnt making eye contact with her while she wad reading the questions like come on now do your job THE RIGHT WAY Over talking yourself and reading body language isnt really the criteria of her job description im supoose to pee in a cup and answer yes or no to the question not make eye contact with you the lady had issues

This place moves so slow because the almost all remake staff cant stop talkin to each other...Its like they dont have any supervisor at all...They waste time conversating with each other and we wait..This place is very unprofessional and rude..Staff stands around socializing instead of doing their jobs...The worst!!!!!!

Went in to donate plasma, they denyed me because my ID had the exact name as my social card except my Ss card only had my middle initial. Where my id had my middle name So I went to octapharma plasma
