They do a great job of keeping only the nicest stuff and passing off everything else to goodwill (I have seen goodwill come to pick up the extras). There prices are always high but as a result you will often stuff go on sale after it has been in there for two months. I have had some confusion with staff explaining when those sales are. I heard a different story every time I went in and someone asked. The high prices and the confusion about when their sales are make me rate this a 3 instead of a 5.
