Usually good service and wait times are not so bad. Now that they switched over to Kedplasma I had to wait over an hour for half of my money. When I called to ask about the half, the line kept "disconnecting" and when I would call back they made it seem like it was my fault their lines were hanging up on me. I had to wait another 30 minutes for the other half of my money to be put on the card. Prepare to spend a whole day donating and waiting for your money.

Today is my last day there. I loved them as immunoTek but every since they changed to ked plasma i despise this place. All the original workers are gone and some of these newbies are so undertrained it is ridiculous.

I love this place, love the peple, they DO give saline, some people arent that great at sticking needles but i love it here, never had a problem, just hate how they took out the wheel for chance of extra money
