RUDE STAFF AND DISMISSIVE MANAGER! I can not believe how rude the staff at this store were to me and my friend! We were out Thrifting in Manato this past week and it was our first time in this store and we will never come back!! Would have given you a rating of Negative 5 if I could have! We simply asked for some help and to clarify an issue on pricing and the employee we spoke to were rude and treated us poorly. We then simply asked to speak to someone else that could help us and a short blondish woman was extremely rude and dismissive to us! We were simply trying to clarify an issue and were treated so poorly that we decided to leave! We were having so much fun shopping at the stores in Mankato until we came to this store--WE WILL NOT BE BACK! By the way, we stopped at the following other stores that same day and would go back to or recommend any of these stores; Habitat Store--Neighborhood Thrift Store and the Vine Store but NEVER EVER THIS PLACE AGAIN!

We love shopping at Again! The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I especially like to donate to them because donations stay local and I actually see my stuff in the store! Great thrift store and reasonable prices. One of my favorites for sure!

Today I went here for the first time and I found a lot of reasonably priced furniture! I wish I would have had a truck with me instead of my car because I found the prettiest table there! The people were super friendly as well and it was organized nicely!!

Nice and clean and happy with some items I found but customer service and staff help were non existent and even ignored at one point. First time in this store so we understand things may not always be this way and willing to give them another try.

I wish pricing was more consistent with other thrift stores in town. i.e. Prices for neckties (and ties SHOULD be part of half price offering).
