After finding the perfect car at Hansen motors the buying process was smooth and quick. We traded in our car and got an amazingly good deal. We inquired about wether we could pull some of the aftermarket items from the car and if that would effect our trade in value. We were told no by our salesperson. So we elected to have our aftermarket rims back and gave them the original rims and asked to have the spare tire that was on the original rims. All this was communicated to the salesperson who assured us he would handle it. After 1 week we were told we could pick up the aftermarket rims. After the 1/2 hour drive we arrived at the dealership and were told that they elected not to switch the rims out. The salesperson had completely forgot about our conversation. They already posted and sold the vehicle with the rims on it but somehow they were able to get the rims back and eventually the spare tire. So after 2 weeks and multiple voice messages left for the salesman my issue was eventually resolved after working with the service department directly. Thank you Cody for owning this and making sure I got taken care of. I would highly recommend Hansen Motor Company because of their excellent prices and incredible trade in values.

Outstanding service, friendly staff, and a great environment! We bought our last car from Ken Garff in Riverdale, thinking a bigger town would give us a better selection and better deal. Our experience was awful. So, when I needed a new truck, I stopped by Hansen Motors and talked to AJ. He gave me a great price on my trade in, an awesome deal on a new Colorado, and a pretty decent financing offer. Even better, they offer free car washes, tire rotations, and two free oil changes. When I brought the truck back in for a bedliner and undercoat, AJ gave me a loaner car for the day. I hope I am still in Utah when I need my next vehicle, and I look forward to working with AJ and Hansen Motors in the future.

My experience at Hansen Motors was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. They really listened to my wife and I and were able to get us exactly what we wanted, for the cheapest price by far and also gave us the best offer for our trade in.
