The system lacks logic. They require your drivers license, SS card, and a bill with your name and address. I show them my renters insurance (my name and address) dated September 2017 and it was not accepted. However a person on the phone was told they can mail themselves something and that would be accepted. Huh? This does not make sense. I was not able to donate because having my DL, SS card and renters insurance was sufficient enough. Crazy. You only need a DL to donate blood.

I was told when I got there that my names did not match however, I brought plenty of documentation to back up that it was in fact me, and other people did not have there names matching and was allowed to donate, one of the staff was very rude to me, and beside that there very un organized and the wait time was ridiculous besides that one problem with the lady the other staff were nice.

Yes they close at certain times...they be there all day...if the cash is that important then maybe get there earlier...they are friendly and fast...dont like it then go someplace else with ur complaints
