I would NOT donate to St. Vincents ever again. The service is horrible. I witnessed employees taking donations for themselves as they came in before they were even placed on the floor. My wife stood at the jewelry counter for 15 minutes before someone offered to help her. And this is not a first time occurrence. On several occasions we have stood at the jewelry counter waiting for assistance, the women behind the counter see us standing there, but continue chit-chatting amongst themselves as if it was a Knitting group instead of a job. Then, to add insult to injury, another woman who they were apparently familiar with walked up to the jewelry counter and an employee came right over and helped her, despite seeing us standing there for a long time waiting for assistance. They are absolutely RUDE at this organization, I have a difficult time even calling this place an organization or a charity. Have you ever seen anything valuable on the floor? Any decent antiques? The answer is NO because the people work there take the items for themselves to either re-sale or keep. They charge outrageous prices for anything that is even semi-precious, $20 for a small pair of Sterling earrings that you could buy for $9.99 retail. They act like it is the WORST part of their day when they have to wait on you at the jewelry display. Then I was in line and a costumer cut in front of me, the woman behind the register saw this, but still waited on her! Again, they appeared to know the lady. Absolutely ridiculous, I regret donating to this facility, I really do.

Very disappointed with this store. Ive watched the price steadily climb over the last few months. Many of the volunteers are rude and smoke in the receiving area in the back. All of these items are donated for sale to help others. Without customers they would be hard pressed to help those they say they are.

This this is a very nice thrift store that offers half-price Mondays for seniors and half-price Wednesdays for everyone else. They always have a nice selection of clothes and knickknacks and on Saturdays they give you 25% off furniture

Long lines but overall good for the community everything is really cheap with good quality..better than salvation army or good will thrifty stores they also have a food bank nice godly people who really care to help
