I have recently been in the market for a vehicle and was struggling to find someone who would truly listen to my wants, needs, and concerns and accommodate them accordingly. Then I met Kelly Mayovsky and had such a pleasant experience that I wanted to write this review about it because I felt others needed to know! Kelly went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciated the fact that he listen thoroughly to my concerns; before trying to sell me anything. It made me feel like he really had my best interest at heart. He was very polite, and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and services. About half way through a test drive, I realized I had lost track of time and needed to leave right then to go get my child from school or I would be late. Kelly acted very understanding and compassionate towards me and allowed me to take him and the vehicle I was test driving to my sons school to pick him up. He even switched me spots so he could drive up to get me and my son after I had gotten out to go find him at the school. He was extremely considerate and patient with me and that really made me feel like I was in good hands. I will absolutely recommend Kelly Mayovsky to all I come into contact with and will send anyone in the market for a vehicle to him because of this experience.

We purchased a vehicle for our son last week and it broke down repeatedly the day after we bought it. It would just shut off while driving it and did so repeatedly in the busiest intersection in Idaho, then several times after that. Had to have it towed and repaired and was told we have another six hundred and fifty dollars worth of work that needs done on the vehicle. I Spoke with 2 of the employees regarding returning the vehicle who basically said "too bad". I have called several times leaving messages with the salesman we bought the vehicle from , another salesman and voicemail asking them to have the owner call me back but he never called back. The 3 month 3 thousand mile warranty on their website that they claim backs all their vehicles is a blatant lie! One of the employees said we should have had it towed back to their lot so that they could have their mechanic, who he admitted was not a certified mechanic and is trained only in Diesel engine work (which the car we bought is not! ) We would have had to have it towed again after they "diagnosed it" anyway! We way over paid for the vehicle as the salesman said that this was such a great car and would be worry free for our son! We were totally ripped off by Capitol City auto in Boise !

Tom and the staff at Capital City Auto are simply put, amazing to work with! They took care of a good friend of mine and helped her get through a difficult situation. They were understanding of her needs and took the time to genuinely listen and find the appropriate vehicle and financing solution for her. I have personally dealt with a lot of "used car" lots in the Treasure Valley and they all live up to the stereotype, NOT THESE GUYS! I would highly recommend anyone to go there for an amazing used car buying experience! They will take the time you deserve and make sure you leave happy!

This was my first experience buying from a dealer. I always thought I would only buy from a private party, but I saw they had the vehicle I wanted with low miles at a fair price. I was a little apprehensive going in, but they were not pushy or overbearing. I was reassured when I found they had no problem with us taking the truck to an independent mechanic for an inspection. It turned out to be in good shape, and they offered to fix a couple of the minor things that turned up. I am pleased with my new vehicle and the overall buying experience.

I tried to buy a car from this dealer. The selection was good and I found the pickup I wanted but when I came back the next day to buy it the salesman said it had already sold. They should have called me to let me know before I showed up. Disappointed!

Bought a car that broke down less than 24 hours after. We tried to use their 3000 mile warenty but they denied us and claimed they had "just put it up" and refuse to work with us. Would not recommend this dealer!
