I disagree with all these negative reviews. I have been a donor at Octapharma for almost 2 years. I will admit, on my first day I was very nervous, but the welcoming and supportive staff were there to guide me through the process. I never take more than an hour at octapharma (granted your first time will take a while in order to get registered). I believe its quite worth the wait. The money is decent, the Staff are welcoming and always there to answer questions. My first 2 visits, I made $50 each time. Now I make $70 a week and I only go in twice a week. $70 for only 2 hours a week? sounds good to me! You are making money and helping someone else at the same time. I think its well worth the wait :)

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION... OR ANY OF THEM....THEY RUN AROUND LIKE IDIOTS IN THE BACK AND HAVE NO LICENSE TO START AN IV IN ANYONE...YOU ARE GETTING AN IV LINE IF YOU DO THIS...AND NO ONE IS A NURSE...OR EVEN AN ASSISTANT NOR DO THEY HAVE TO KNOW CPR NEITHER DO THE ONES TAKING YOUR VITALS BEFORE YOU GO BACK THERE...............NO ONE HAS ANY CERTIFICATION..

Good donation place to give back. Most of the Staff is friendly & helpful while others take their sweet time. Usually donate pretty fast unless their is a bunch of people. Especially on wednesdays. But I am glad and thankful for places like these where I can give and help out with what I can. Good job

Most of the staff are very friendly and kind. They seem able to get you right in without a huge wait which is very important to me as a busy wife, mom, and business owner. I enjoy giving back however I can and this is a good way to do so.

Overall ok experience. I have been coming here for years. Wait time from entering front door to getting suck has increased by a lot. Guessing this is do to high turnover rate in staff and/Or lack of staff.
