Never to return. Why? I called on Thursday to find out if i needed to set an appt for a new battery. The woman I spoke to in parts was very helpful and friendly. She said just stop by, no appt necessary and they will remove and replace my battery. On friday 26 Nov at around 1:00PM I entered the parts department, and asked the guy working in parts about a battery. He was rude and unconcerned, told me to go to service, as if i bothered him! Service told me it would be two hour wait. So off to Sears, they replaced the battery, checked fluids and the air in the tires, treated me like a customer they want to return, all in under 1/2 an hour. Lesson learned: Sears Yuba City for all my auto service. Larry Geweke Ford lost a life long customer.

Went to Geweke Ford during my lunch hour today and met the Finance Manager Ernesto who was very accommodating and kind to introduce me to Raymond Behm who is the Tech Consultant or "The Phone Guy". I needed to have my new phone sync with my car blue tooth. Raymond was so friendly and fast in getting the work done. He did it in less than 5 minutes. I really like the people at Geweke Ford, that is the reason why I kept coming back to this place...The service people are so nice as well. My guy is Nick Ruelas and he is always very efficient in getting my car serviced.... I always recommend your business to my friends always.... Kudos to Raymond Behm and to all of you at Geweke Ford!!!

Service department lacking in continuity and communication. Call to inquire about your vehicle and you get the run around. Supposedly will call you back, never do. End up having to go in person to get an answer. I don’t expect much, but I would like my issues to be handled without calling a dozen times to make sure I haven’t slipped through the cracks. Would highly recommend driving to Roseville, Sacramento, Fresno or even LA for your service needs.

I should have seen the reviews before my visit now I have fallen a victim to this Ford.. seems like customers feedback dose not have a say so over the technician or their paperwork.. would recommend using another dealer where they are more honest.... should have stayed with my Chevy just saying..

Their obnoxious staff (I think it was the service guys) that were hanging out in the back parking lot smoking cigarettes and playing loud profanity music out of their white and red mustang. Worst of all, they yelled obscene words to my wife. I had to called the manager to report the incident.

Great staff. My parents have bought 6 cars from there. From both sides. I personally enjoy going there because the staff has known me since I was little and they helped me choose my car. They help with everything, help you get the lowest interest rates and lowest monthly payments.

Outstanding experience yet again. Very courteous staff. Quick and efficient. Second vehicle from them(fiesta and escape) and got exactly what i wanted and exactly what my wife wanted. No reason to deal with any other dealership. Ask for Miguel in sales.
