When I was in there, I was told you are not aloud to take items from the cart of pieces that they were in the process of putting on the self. Note the cart was not moving, and I already had the priced piece in my hand. I asked about this on the way out. I was told that is their policy for the safety of the consumers and staff. I get not taking pieces from a moving cart, so to me this is just being rude. If this was the policy, a nice thing to do would have been to put that piece on a shelf instead of taking other things off of the cart. I know I will no longer donate to good will. Savers, DAV, or Salvation Army will be getting all future donations.

This store used to be my go to place for looking for older games and low end computer hardware but since the remodel they have taken out the computer store and its just more "normal" thrift store stuff. And if that what you are there for i guess its fine but i have never had a good exp with any of the staff out side of the computer store that is now gone :( The funny thing is most of the guys that worked the computer store where really helpful and guys i could just hang out and BS with, but now the staff could care less if you came in at all.

Been to a lot of places and amazing who have been grateful for donations. Amazing that when trying to help others by donating, that the staff are rude, disrespectful, and condescending. I suppose that trying to help others by donating hundreds of dollars in strollers and electronic equipment is a good reason for someone to be so disrespectful. I will be sure to never return to this center, and will search outside of the goodwill network given how unpleasant this experience has been.

recently refreshed store with mostly well organized items, often have to wait for a cashier but that would be the only complaint and not really that much of deal as they do try to get second cashiers upfront if noticeable wait developed.

Expensive! Plus the guy at the register was rude. Pants had a stain asked for discount price marked 3.99. he said "ma"m its 3.99". Like that was a terrific deal. So I left and not going back.

nicely laid out store - found lots of nice clothes and bric a brac. Prices were OK - some items half price - overall good experience and staff was nice, helpful and efficient.
