Great deals sometimes but overpriced items at other times. Last experience was irritating and unprofessional. Lady who worked at the Scarborough store was standing in the front entrance 10 min left till close being rude deterring people from coming in since "we are closing". My husband had to get out of the car and go say something to her to remind her that they closed at 9pm and she reluctantly said we could shop. Goodwill get your monster out of the front lobby entrance so people dont have to feel uncomfortable and intimidated going in to get some last minute items before close!!! Its bad customer service!

One of my favorite places to hunt for treasures, but a couple words of caution 1) the sorting is getting sloppy with clothes that have stains, rips and tears now making it on to the retail floor and 2) they have recently instituted a gift card only policy for returns, regardless if you paid with cash or credit card.

The employees are from Africa somewhere and they have broken English. The jeans are kinda expensive and it smells rather funny in there. Some of the employees there are rather rude and annoying. I dont go there unless I really need to.

Found exactly 1$ in a pair of jeans purchased at this facility. Exceptionally managed store with no signs of employee abuse or radio active material in any of the shopping sections.

Decent store. Their MGR is a tad unsightly and socially awkward. Long hair on balding men is not a good look and lends to a trashy appearance.
