I love the Re-store and love buying there to support the cause -BUT this one is WAYYYY overpriced - and you can tell by the fact that the dressers and credenzas are stacked on top of each other. This store is mismanaged severely. The goal is to sell stuff at fair prices and generate money for Habitat for Humanity - instead this particular store elects to operate as if they are a high end antique store. If they had a better understanding of how to price used items - they would sell more and not have the tremendous inventory that sits and stacks up for month after month ! Not only with the vintage stuff - but also with newer stuff - I tried to buy a pair of faucet hoses there recently and they priced them above what they sell for new at Lowes !!!! PLEASE - get real and sell some stock so that customers can actually browse your merchandise without being in danger of getting trapped under a stack of dressers !

I have been here a couple times (they recently moved To Rockville this March 2016) and the store was clean, the prices seemed comparable to other thrift stores in the area (I only checked the furniture in the back), very organized, nice people helping. I like they have furnishings, but also reclaimed wood, doors, windows, tools and appliances :) As for the people helping out, well they are volunteers and not many of them, so bear that in mind. I did not see anything stacked improperly and their E Gude Dr location is sizable.

Buenisimas excellent service and very good chances of finding things for your home, from furniture as tools and material to make changes in your home at a good price, I liked several things I saw. I highly recommend it.

Whoever is pricing appliances and building materials is way out of line especially on the high end appliances, you can not negotiate the price. You would think they would want to move their inventory quicker high end or low end after all it is all donated and it is positive cash flow with exception of their labor and overhead. You can find more reasonable prices at Goodwill or Salvation Army, but on the upside the staff is pleasant and the new place is very organized.

I almost did not stop by the store after reading the reviews. However, I am so glad that I did. The store has a huge variety of items some of which I are not carried by other thrift stores. Went in on Saturday during a sale. I was greeted at the door and given a sale flyer of sales for that day. I will be comiing back again and recommending the store to my friends.

Lots of variety but this place is WAY OVERPRICED! 1990s electronics that should be in the mid $90 range going for HUNDREDS of dollars!! CDs are 2 for 1, so my son found a few things...that was good. Furniture is all in the hundreds.....just WAY OVERPRICED for about 95% of the store.

This store needs to understand 3 basic principles of selling used donated goods. Bargaining will increase the turnover of merchandising. Merchandising is important even for building materials. People know whether prices are in line with other sources.

Great place to find a item for your home that needs a little love. Money goes to a great cause. I love the new digs in the new space that they have off of Gude. Much more organized and easy to get through.

Wildly overpriced (old wooden kitchen chair, $250) and mostly unhelpful staff that I was dodging out of the way of (felt like a game of Frogger but with furniture hurtling at you)

The people there may not be there friendliest but they sure do the most they can with what they are given. Love this place and the gems that are hidden inside.

I wish I could have purchased an absolutely beautiful little secretary that I saw - as it was, I was able to find several things for good prices that I needed.

Nice merchandise but much higher priced than other Restores in the surrounding areas. Prices should be consistently marked from location to location.

Worst Habitat ever! Way over priced. Literally items cost more used than new at this one. I love Habitat store, but this one is very mismanaged.

Prices run a little high for what is essentially a rolling garage sale, but there are frequent "sales" and often a treasure or two to be had.

The store has a good selection but the prices are sky high. Most building supplies in decent condition are more expensive then home depot.

One of the managers, African American male is rude and racially bias. He should be fired. And no one should bother shopping where he works.

Great cause but the re-store is priced as retail. I will still shop there but my buying might not be as much as I usually do.

Do not waste your time here. Retail prices for beat up used junk. They seem to think they are an antique store.
