I had the BEST pick up experience ever using Donation Nation. I am an avid seasonal cleaner. I love the "going green" concept but can never find anyone when im ready and in the mood to clean. Over the past 10 or so years i found myself using junk removal companies. NOT ANYMORE!!! I had my whole basement cleaned out by Charles, Sean, and Ryan. They came bright and early with tons of energy and enthusiasm. In my opinion they did what should of took several days, in one day. Very professional company from the first phone call to confirm my appointment, till the last item was loaded. I Highly recomend them over junk removal companies. At least i know my money isnt used to take my decent stuff to the dump!!! Great job guys and keep up the good honest work!!!

Everything from start to finish was great! I was able to easily schedule the exact time and date for pickup online and received a phone call shortly after to verbally confirm. Guys showed up on time and were super friendly and careful with taking apart and moving the furniture. It feels great to know Donation Nation will connect our furniture with another home. Tax receipt was almost immediately emailed to me after their departure. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them! Great organization!!

This place is questionable - they charge you to pick up stuff your going to donate to them and then they are going tor turn around sell it - yet Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, and other large organizations pick up for free making up any cost they incur when selling the item. So Donate Nation will charge you for pick-up and then turn around and sell the stuff you just gave them for free - who would do this? Someone really generous or an idiot.

Donation Nation is one of the few charity pickup businesses that actually enter your home and pick up furniture and donations. It also takes recycling and trash, including chemicals. I have used them twice and recommend them to folks all the time. They have partnerships with charities I support like A Wider Circle and have reasonable prices. Their staff and drivers are always professional, helpful, and friendly.

This is a really convenient service and they take anything. Although you have to pay them to take the stuff, the cost of the service as well as the market value of the items is tax deductible. I would absolutely use this again. It makes getting rid of easier plus people will actually be using it who need it.

They were excellent from the initial call to loading everthing. we did not have large items but the two men were careful in carrying stuff from the basement to the front door on the first floor. Liked the fact that they could explain where the better items might be donated.
