Good, clean facility and friendly staff. Demoted 1 star for the long lines and temperamental computer check-in equipment (like fingerprint scanners) and another point due to the decreased payouts and scammy-sounding company-wide promotions.

Waited 2 and a half hours, only to be deferred for weighing 108lbs. I voiced my concern about possibly being a pound or two underweight when first going in. I wish they weighed me before wasting so much of my time.

Friendly staff, quick process! I hadnt donated blood or guven plasma before so this was completely new for me, the staff was very friendly and explained everything so it was easy to understand.

They leave you with bruises and some of the people who donate are either hostile towards others or are inappropriate this is my second income for me and my girlfriend and the are just careless
