I went in to buy a car and was already approved through a bank. I walk in and tell them exactly what I want and gave them the best pre qualify ever.. I made it very clear my time is valuable and I cant spend allot of time on this matter of getting a vehicle. So the first thing the salesman did was put me in a vehicle 5 grand more than I asked and then he said this wont be a problem their is wiggle room on the price.. So I am thinking great a car with low miles and a fair price.. the salesman lets me take the car overnight to make sure that it is what I want. I loved the car and when it came time to sign not only did they tack on over 2000 worth of fees. I love this one GOLD SEAL $600? This is the biggest scam to date I have seen.. Who wants to pay 600 for a etch on a window of a gold shield? Anyway between that and a 800 freight fee on a vehicle that was used and a local trade in as he told me it was.. so let me get this right I am paying for that person to trade in their car to get a new one..that is freight huh? Overall my experiences with them is far from being good... Till this moment I did not get any sort of call from the salesman trying to win me over after I called all these fees out then he gave me attitude cause I did... WOW I will never send anyone to this company STAY AWAY!!!

I highly recommend this dealership! My salesman, Chris Fisher, did everything in his power to make sure my car was fixed when we came along issues. They waived my $100 deductible and fixed my car for me, gave me a rental, and put two new tires on it (that Chris paid for out of his pocket) all with no expense on my part. Like I said, excellent dealership. I would recommend them to anyone, especially my salesman! Like I said, when there were issues, they made sure I was happy again with their business and that there were no issues with my vehicle.

With very little spare time to make for car shopping and not knowing what exactly I wanted. I was very pleased with the knowledge of Nick Irland and the hours they were open. Made buying a car much more convenient and stress free. They are on top of everything. Got there with my paperwork ready to sign, the car was full of gas and very clean! Awesome experience. We were looking for a new Van to replace our aging one. We found the right van (Chrysler Town and Country) and at a way cheaper price than anywhere else.
