I have had the most positive experience at Car City! I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler at Car City Motors in Saint Joseph and my Salesperson, Gary Mortell, has been extremely helpful. I have never owned a Wrangler before and if I have any questions at anytime I call and he goes out of his way to help answer them! I will definitely call Gary when its time to trade in my Jeep and purchase a new one in a few years! Everyone at Car City has made this experience very positive!

I have worked here three years now. I have had my personal vehicle serviced several times at Car City and this my sound Bias Coming From an employee, but its the truth. Car City Is a Great place to work and get your vehicle serviced. I walk thru the Service Department Several Times A Day And I SEE HAPPY CUSTOMERS.

Mine cokment got taken down somehow. So ill write it again. Saleman there wont way name. Dont need to be sued. But very rude got in my face yelling at me and cussing me. Others where around heard this. Will not be back.

Went to the service department with my 2012 ram 2500 cummins. Horrible experince every time. They had to remove my dash and replace my odometer and when they put in the new odometer it read 10k more miles than when i brought it in.
