It is a used store not some high end store u rude people must go to out in birmingham or something.......everything is in sections and in rows shirts pants shoes ect...got to go to the section u want and look threw and find what you want ....not a bad store at all totally love and understand the way its set up...i agree staff is extreamly rude and lazy and pure mean....and if i did not want to go back to the store that would be the reason not the store or how it is great stuff in good shape ...but the larger black lady in charge is absolutly rude and nasty and i would imagine has to be killing sales with her attitude

If i can give them a -10 i would, the customer service is horrible, they dont speak, thank you, or even want to help you if you ask a question. The manager Sheretta or something like that is poorly trained no wonder her staff act the way they do. Never Ever Recommend! This store left such a bad taste , im skeptical of even attempting to try the other locations....

The store has most everything tossed into boxes and bins. As if the items go from the collection zone right back out to sell, or the can not sell from other stores supply are sent here. Store is easy to find. The staff have not been interactive with customers on my visits.

This is a place to get unbelievable deals...really! Almost everything is $1 and if you like to actually rummage and are ok with buying good used items you will love this place. They sell everything, you just have to look look look
