This place is the absolute worst. The employees are rude they do not give you any information or they give you wrong information and because of this they have caused me to waste my time and gas. Both my friend and i who went in have been hurt from the same worker when she put the needle in. Ive since gone to a different place and two workers from this other place both said they have worked at csl and have told me that the new emploees are inproperly trained and have screwed them over on pay raises. This place doesnt care about their emploees or the donors.

Ridiculous. Wasnt even that busy and still had a 2 hour wait just to be told im being deffered because ive lived at 3 different places since i started donating at csl. They said they felt i wasnt being honest about my address EVEN THO I HAD MAIL WITH MY ADDRESS ON IT. Didnt know my address and living arrangments had anything to do with my health and my ability to help save lives. Vary disorganized staff. No just because i move often does not mean im being dishonest. Literally the staff is the definition of stupid.

Staff is rather impatient with clients at the service. Many seem simply tired of being there and as such only adds to a hostile environment. Many are clueless as to what they are supposed to be doing and instead of going to find someone that can assist them they sit there talking to one another. Gossip is also a big topic there. Prepare to wait for extended periods of time and possibly be discriminated against.

I think my only problem is too many of them do not stick you correctly. I have gone in there on numerous occasions and one person will be stuck two or three times. I had that happen twice. Yes, I drink tons of water and eat properly 24 hours before I donate. I personally will only let Raj or Stephanie take care of me. Yes everyone has their own preference, I am just saying

The worst plasma center I have ever used. They know nothing of operating a business efficiently. What should be an hour long process usually takes 2-3 hours. The employees spend more time talking about things unrelated to work and less time focusing on the job they are paid to do. I gave them one star because google requires a review of at least one star.

My first visit was today and everyone was friendly. Everything moved Pretty quickly and the staff was informative. My only issue was some of the staff was unprofessional speaking loudly across people about getting drunk and how they were understaffed. The understaffed issue I sorta understood but other conversations made me a little uncomfortable.

I am appuald at the staff. An older woman checked my veins and had dirty cloves on. I could tell do to the stains on them. Good thing my veins are too small. I feel like dunking myself in a bucket of sanitizer. Please please retrain your staff for the safety of all. BTW I am a phlebotomist and know my veins are perfect they are just deep.

After reading all these Personal experience reviews I do have to say that I have not had any experiences like them. I have been going here since 2008. I have had a reaction once and the4 staff was all over it, comforting me and making me feel safe. I recommend this place to anyone.

Slowest plasma center ever! I went to the CSL in Columbus for 3 years and was rarely there more than an hour. I have been to Dayton a few time and always there at least 2 to 3 hours, not even worth the money! They are always short staffed.

Good place they really have improved the staff since a year ago great staff usually in and out within 1.5 hours the have a random drug testing in place so keeps the drugies out for the most part

I was harassed for my ID only when picking up a friend. I was followed to my car and harassed in my own vehicle. Terrible place to go!!!
