Probably the worst Goodwill I have been in, and I am an ex-Goodwill employee from another state. The store is generally in disarray. Everything is overpriced (employees price everything with no guidelines in Goodwill stores in general). Shelves are left empty meanwhile the back area is completely full. The parking lot/donation center is an accident waiting to happen.

Prices are hit or miss. There has been a noticeable price increase on items, but there are still treasures to be found, you just have to look for them. Good selection of books for all ages. Every Friday and Saturday there are half-off sales on clothes with certain colored attachment tags. Accessible and efficient drive-thru donation drop-off.

This is a smaller Goodwill compared to some that I have been to. However, they do have a good selection of clothes and was able to find some name-brand clothing here. The costomer service was awesome but I was hoping for a bigger selection.

they have got gready, knowing that goodwill is a full profit company, that get donations from average people. the recently allow managers to price marchendise. the prices got reduculiosly high.

Shopping experience is what you might expect at a second hand store - very low prices, but the racks are consistently picked through. Convenient place to make donations with a drive-thru.

The staff at the donation center on Verona Road are fantastic, efficient, courteous, and very helpful. I am grateful they are there to accept donations. They do great work, thank you!

Big store with a lot of variety. There is more furniture (and in better condition) than I usually expect here. It it sometimes hard to find a staff member to assist with questions.
