Had a bad experience on today. Myself and another patient were first in line 7:00 am open and the first four patients to be seated for plasma draw on tables. Upon completion of our draw, a small framed, bespectled African American octapharma worker, who apparently was training another new employee on taking down completed donors, intentionally did not take down myself and the other patient seated alongside of myself and part of the first four seated. This female worker proceeded to favor and take down two other donor when it was apparent that myself and donor seated next to me should have been take down first. Myself and the other patient proceeded to call "Maria", who was very king and gracious, apologetic for how we were treated and the fact we were in fact overlookedin favor others who had completed the process after us. I would like to thank Maria for her excellent customer service skills. I would like to ask management to please address this issue with "Tasha" I believe her name is. Thank you very much.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Starting as a new donor I got there at 7am and left at 3pm basically worked a full shift. they are so unprofessional expecially the manager at this location. She is not in the right field with that sort of attitude. My experience was the most terrible experience ever they need new people in that location period. Hire new staff effective immediately. Esp. The Manager.

This was the slowest ran plasma place i have ever been to only one person was At the screening station and he worked at station 4 Cortez was a pleasant person while a lot of other people stood around they had 3 people to stick this place needs to be more organized or else you will lose more money hiring more people would help but also having some of the lazy people work would be more effective

Came here under false information given by a woman on the phone... got here was insulted by a lazy smart mouth staffer ! Then witnessed the head lady (white) and another person mock and insult the donating pair for being upset at treat and insults! Dont donate here they dont need their jobs and need to be closed !!!

The performance of each staff member was horrible. How a Business like this is even operable and standing, is unbelievable. Poor poor poor communication and customer interaction. This is a failure and any "Boss" of an organization such as this particular residence should Be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves

This place is always closing early. When I got there during opening hours the doors were already locked. Without any notice! They work only the hours that they want. If they choose to work their own hours instead of the hours posted, they should change their POSTED hours accordingly.

I like the staff they can be very friendly and they have quick responsible techs who can get just about anyones vein. Occasionally understaffed in some areas but they have been improving.

The level of staffing is painfully inadequite. Plus if they mess up on screening you get defered and have completely wasted your time. In and out is closer to 3 hours if youre lucky
