Horrible customer service. Way overpriced. I went to this Arc to buy some sporting goods. I can only afford to go to this arc on Sat where there are 50% off some. Although it is fairly expensive as is even with 50% off, the cashier was asking furniture people that if this price is correct or not on more than 3-4 items. Cashier thought it was too cheap, so she price checked more than 3 items. Basically the employees will always assume the price tag it is on is a price we printed out on arc decal to change the price???? Oh yeah, this price is way over priced.

OMG!, I cannot express enough how satisfied I was with my first visit to Arc thrift store. I was able to buy 5 pairs of pants(with tags still on) a pair of dress boots, a pair of dress flats, socks, 4 flannels with tags on still for the amazing price of $29.00. I was shocked. I mean yeah at first I was like okay this is like goodwill but a little more crowded but once I started shopping amd looking, I was definitely impressed.

Whoever said (bad costumer service)... I think the customer service is fine ....just like any other retail store....BUT this is the best thrift shopping in the whole country!! Every ARC is great. YOU will be amazed..make this a destination, for sure...I LOVE ARC! Saturdays are the best.. all colors except one (the new color comes out on WED) are on sale, so get there at EIGHT am if you want the best selection.

I am new to thrifting, but this store can be a gold mine for sports clothing and loading up on work pants that I cannot pay $20 per pair. The staff is friendly and it seems cleaner than a few others I have been to. Arc is also a good place to search for Halloween costumes if you know what you want or need to build on something. We got lucky this year!

Outrageous prices on housewares and furniture, easily 50% more than other thrift stores in the area and double what ARCs in the suburbs of Denver charge. That kind of disparity makes me think that this store is in the business of exploiting poor people, a common business practice in economically depressed neighborhoods.

The clothing selection at this store is well there is a lot of really nice brands and a great selection. I was looking for shoes the women section took up half the store and the men section took up one shelf and picked clean. Nice people and like all thrift a little hit and miss but i enjoyed it.

This is my Favorite ARC Store. The Store always has cool stuff to find. Supervisor Roxanne is super friendly and always willing to help. Even on a hit or miss day I have never gone wrong with this location.
