After donating plasma, a student received a large hematoma/hemorrhage to his left arm. I went into this facility to discuss the issue, and the manager never came to the front desk. So, I had left a number to be contacted, and of course I was not called. So, I will keep going up to the chain of command, because this negligence. Health Care workers who collect blood by venipunture must be thoroughly trained and skilled in proper technique, safety, and the use of collection equipment. Not to mention, my student was rush to Summerville Medical Center ER. Phlebotomy Instructor/Nurse

Went to donate and got accused of cutting the line. How the hell do you cut the line when you have a gold card that entitles you to get ahead of everyone in the front line. Do you not remember giving me the card? I understand this may be part of your job but before bringing accusations T how about next time check your facts before trying to embarrass someone.

In a very slummy part of town, there was a shooting near here recently, and the staff is really rude and their phlebotomists blow peoples veins all the time.
