In the process of filing a civil suit. I drank plenty of water as a requirement by all plasma donation facilities and naturally became unable to continue holding my water at about two thirds of the process. The technician explained that there would be a 10 dollar deduction from the promised 50. When I got home and checked my card, there was only 10 dollars on it. I called Octopharma and found out from the person on the phone that Octopharma policy is that they only pay you 10 dollars for your donation if there is any problem and you need to be taken off the machine. The policy is nowhere posted in a conspicuous manner for donors to acknowledge and I explained to the person on the phone of this fact and that my acknowledgment was based on what the technician told me. They then refused to correct the mistake by their technician and thus breached contract and failed to provide policy in a correct manner. If anyone else has had this problem, please pursue litigation. That is the only way to stop corruption in places of business.

I GIVE THIS PLACE A 3 STAR BECAUSE WE R GIVING PLASMA THAT CAN HELP SAVE ANOTHER PERSON LIFE AN WE ONLY GET 50$ THE FIRST 5 DONATES AN AFTER THAT IT GOES UPON YR WEIGHT THAT STILL DNT ADD UP TO MUCH OF NO MONEY I HIGHLY SUGGESTS EVERYTIME WE COME TO DONATE WE SHOULD ALWAYS GET 100$ THE PLASMA PLACE RECEIVE ALOT OF MONEY FOR OUR DONATION WITHOUT US A LOT OF PPL WOULD DIE SO TO MAKE US FEEL APPRECIATED FOR WAT WE DO WE DESERVE THE FLAT RATE OF 100$ EVERY DOSE I PROMISE U THE COMPANY WILL ALWAYS HAVE DOONERS ITS SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT AN THE EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT AN UNDER PAID THINK ABOUT THE WORKERS AN THE DOONERS WE DESERVE TO BE HAPPY ,................AN WITH THAT LITTLE BIT OF MONEY PRETTY SURE PPL WILL LEAVE AN STOP DONATED FOR GOOD THEN WHAT WILL U AN THE PLASMA PLACE DO .........CLOSE DOWN

When asked for specifics why not permitted to continue donating, employees refused to provide medical records. When I asked one employee where is the location of main office employee refused to give that information. Employee did state that the amount of prescription medications do not permit me to donate. When asked which medications are causing the problem, employee refused to answer but did state if we did tell you that, you will state that you do not take that medication. Presumptions are being made that indicate Octapharma does not rely on donors to provide honest information and also refuse to provide accurate detailed information of denial, I formally requested all medical records that Octapharma has on me and was emphatically denied.

Good people working there but not enough employees. You spend more time waiting then you do donating and their kiosks are always broken which ads another 20 minutes to your wait. They need to spend some money and hire more people. Period!

Really, really slow the last month or so...need to hire more screeners. I watch people leave the line and walk out before donating because there is only 1 screener in the booth

Tried to donate 3 times. Disorganized, burned out staff. Process needs to be revamped. You have to be really desperate for money to go through the hassle.

Compensation is low. They can deny you from donation for anything. Currently been waiting on a bed for 2 hours now. Some employees are not very professional.

Staff always leaving for lunch or smoke break before unhooking patients on machine. Literally left hanging even up to an hour, an hour and a half..
