Very courteous over the phone. The towing company called the same day and picked up the vehicle despite the holiday weekend. Everything was easy and I received my tax receipt and vacation voucher in the amount of time Kars for kids representative stated. Very satisfied and looking forward to making other donations soon. I think this is a great charitable to assist children.

Well all I can say is it was very painful to get rip off my Toyota that I have it for 18 years, but like everything we have to let it go ... at the same time I am happy to be able to help the kids with a little something .. the personnel was very polite and answered all my question, the driver who towed my car was very nice as well .. Thanks everyone for the help

It was not the first time I donated a car to kars4kids. They were great the first time and also this time. It all happened as I was told. I made a call and the next day the car was picked up at time they said it would by very professional tow truck driver who did the job quickly and professionally .

One problem is that while they say that tow will take place at a convenient time in reality the tow company was only 7am-4pm, while they did have Saturday hours it was not ideal
