I been going too this place for 4 months straight not once donatated. Why?? Because they dont have cuffs big enough too fit my arm. I always called and ask did they have the big cuffs in. They said yes but when I got there they only had the big cuffs for the front office. Not the back... Yall say that you accept people up too 400lbs then why not have the cuffs for big people

Has same process as other bio centers, but way slower. Sat for an hour to be stuck. Finally had to use the restroom so I notified the technician. Came back and sat again as they called people after me to stick them. Also their card charges fees every time you use them.

Not enough employees. I used to get in and out but now they are so under staffed it takes at least 3 hours every time. This new staff is horrible. Always complaining and standing around talking.

Professional staff. The building is clean. The bathroom was clean. The staff that I dealt with made sure I was comfortable. The staff works well with each other. There is a family atmosphere.
