The people of RIFA do what is all too often a thankless job, and they do it amazingly well, from feeding the homeless and hungry (they served 400,000 hot, nutritious meals in 2016!) to providing clothing, furniture, kitchenware - you name it - to the needy. And, to nearly the person, they do it, not for any reward or pay, but simply out of a spiritual calling. I cannot say enough good about this organization. I know these things to be true, because I have had to avail myself of their services, and, in fact, I volunteer a couple days a week in the RIFA warehouse, to give back some of what they have given me.

My experience was that of God! Not once or twice when I have used Rifa services. No I have been going to Rifa for over 15 years and every time I set my foot on that holy ground I feel the over whelming feeling of God loves for me. Local relief center that specializes as an accessible resource to individuals in need. Thrift store stocks considerately priced food, clothing, and home items. Soup kitchen is open 365 days a year, and provides chapel and AA meetings during select time slots.
