On 5/26/2015 I had my 2008 Toyota Corolla serviced at Brunswick Auto Mart. I was very impressed with the professionalism that I was treated by service advisers, the cashiers and the service manager himself. After picking up my car and returning home, I reviewed the bill. When my calculations did not agree with the total I paid, I went back up to the dealership to ask the service adviser. Due to the lateness of my return, the service advisers had already left for the day, so I asked a cashier about my bill. She did not have the answer and asked me if I could return to talk to the adviser the next day. I agreed, but before I could even return, I got a phone call back from the clerk telling me that she had discussed my question with the service manager and he would call me back the first thing in the morning to review the bill. I was extremely pleased when the service manager called me the very first thing in the morning and reviewed the bill; clearing up all the concerns that I had.

I could not be happier with the experience I had with Brunswick Auto Mart and Josh Phillips! For starters, Josh was recommended to me by a close friend so I knew I was going to the right guy. He did not disappoint as my buying process took longer than expected. The car I wanted to buy had to be brought in from another dealer so we planned to have me pick it up a week later. As I was in the dealership doing paperwork, Josh made me feel very comfortable during the process and if there were any questions he couldn’t answer, he made sure to get the answer for me. Being that my car wasn’t available, they gave me a loaner for the week, on them! The car was shipped in to the dealership 3 days before we expected and I wasn’t going to be able to pick it up with short notice so Josh personally drove the car to my work and dropped it off for me! I would highly recommend this team to any of my friends and family! Thanks Josh and Brunswick Auto Mart. I love my new trailhawk!!

I have purchased my last two cars from Brunswick Auto Mart. It has always been great but my last experience was really fantastic. My salesperson David Miller was a nice guy, easy to talk to and patient with my requests. The first night I was there it was nearly closing but he went out of his way to get the car I wanted to test drive and took me out. He was willing to stay past closing for me but I declined and asked him to follow up with me in the morning. He called me early that morning and went over the numbers and then was patient as I ran through some additional requests I had in my next vehicle. He made a great suggestion and ran through the numbers with me. I accepted and was able to go through the available color choices with him. By the time I got there that evening the car was cleaned and ready for purchase. Not only would I recommend Brunswick Auto Mart but you should definitely ask for David Miller.

I recently purchased a beautiful Tacoma from Brunswick Auto Mart! It was one of the easiest car purchases I have ever had! I was very impressed with how professional my sales person Dave Muschweck was and how accommodating he was with me. Most of the negotiating was done on the phone and my paper work was ready when I got there. Dave was very patient with me and answered ALL of my questions and showed me everything on my truck that was new to me. (I purchased the same vehicle I previously owned) This is my 2nd purchase from them, and my husband bought his last car from them. When he is ready for a new car he will be calling Dave and Brunswick Auto Mart. I appreciate how professional and attentive everyone was there. I had a few extra things that I needed on the truck and it was met with an immediate "yes, what ever we can do to make you happier in this vehicle." WOW!!! Thank you for the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Having decided it was time for an new car and thinking it was time for a Subaru, I did online research, visited a local dealership and test drove a couple models. I went back to the internet and looked for the car I wanted. One request went to Brunswick Auto Mart and they had the car I was looking for in stock and equipped the way I wanted it. The quote was on target so, I visited the dealership. Wow, my experience was great - from the entire sales staff, especially Ryan, to Alex in the finance area, all went smoothly. I was catered to by a friendly, enthusiastic and efficient staff and out the door with my new Cross Trek in about 4 hours. By the way, it was on New Years Eve. I work full time and have two young children, so when shopping for a new car, it is difficult to juggle all the components of life. When my husband and I began looking for a car, the 2014.5 Camry SE Sport stuck out at us because of the excellent quality Toyota provides. However, we were trading in a high-end vehicle that had an excellent resale value that no one wanted to accept. DAVID MUSCHWECK made the deal work for us! He was phenomenal when communicating with me via email, phone, and in person to complete the deal in one day. This is the sixth Subaru we have leased from Brunswick Auto Mart. We love our cars. I have a Legacy and my husband has an Outback. We loved the entire experience, beginning with the new showroom and ending with driving our car home. Our salesman, Ron Kula, is FANTASTIC! We have leased all of our cars from him. He takes very good care of us. The whole procedure took less than two hours. That is remarkable. We would highly recommend Brunswick Auto Mart and our cars. My only suggestion is that you need to use our dog, Meeko, an Alaskan Malamute, in one of your commercials. She loves her Subaru so much, she sleeps in it at night. I think that would be a great commercial!!

My wife and I had a great experience at Brunswick Auto Mart. We bought a new Grand Caravan. Our vehicle was ready for us when we came to take it home. Our salesman, Terry Dorsey, was professional, personable and went the extra mile to get us all available discounts. He fully explained the vehicle upon pickup and helped us set up our bluetooth and gps systems. He answered all our questions when we called a few days later after we had explored all the "bells and whistles" on our new vehicle. We would highly recommend Brunswick Auto Mart as well as our salesman, Terry Dorsey, to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I dealt with Nick Cancelliere. He was very nice to deal with. Emails were returned in a timely manner. I was looking for a specific model Impreza in manual, which was very difficult to find. While we were not able to locate an available one, he took a good deal of time to sit down with me and try to locate one from out of state, and then look into options for 2015. Nick did not waste a moment of my time. He did his absolute best to try and find me what I was looking for. Had I not been set on a manual transmission, I would have purchased a vehicle here. I was treated very well and will be coming back here for a future purchase.

Brought my Subaru for service at Brunswick Auto Mart where I also purchased it and was beyond pleased with the service. I curb accidentally jumped out at me and I needed to get a new rim before the husband found out. Not only was the special order rim in within 36 hours, the technicians had it on and tires rotated within a half an hour. Kristin, in the service department, is always helpful and friendly. Even the manager Charlie checked in on my visit to make sure everything was going well. I love all the people at Brunswick Auto Mart and will go there for my next Subaru and all the routine maintenance. Thanks!

Terrible place to shop. went for trade in. Sales person name "MO" was a terrible peronality sale person. He gave the wrong and fake sale price on the car I want to buy and then went to his manager and then disappeared and hand over the situation to other salesman. Dont buy car if you this guy name "MO", Manager even did not bother to come and talk to me as a customer. I saw managers was talking to people who want to buy Tacoma or high landers from them. If you have a trade in and buying corolla please do not go to this place. give zero star to these people.

I had been car shopping for a while and this was by far the best dealership I encountered. I bought a brand new WRX from Brunswick Subaru. They made everything super easy. The staff there had no problem communicating with email, text, and calling which made it easy for me to stay in touch with them. Besides getting all the options and color I wanted I also wanted a specific snow tire and wheel package. They worked closely with me to make sure everything was correct and had the snow tires on the car when I arrived to pick it up, at a great price.

My wife and I bought a new Outback in 2011 from Brunswick Subaru, and the experience was great. Our Sales Associate, Jason Ryan, could not havebeen more helpful, and he and Michael Laguardia, the Sales Manager, treated us well. We are extremely pleased with the performance and reliability of the Outback and have it serviced regularly at Brunswick. The service personnel, Justin and Jonathan, are always helpful, and the mechanics are first rate. In other words, this is a terrific dealership selling a high-quality automobile.

I worked Bob Boylan who made it extremely easy and stress free! He took care of everything before I even came in so there was not any downtime of sitting around the dealership. He took his time and explained everything clearly. He introduced me to the Service Department so I would know where to go and he introduced me to who I would be working with. My husband and I could not wait until the 2017 Mazda CX-5 came out! We went to their gorgeous new dealership after receiving a call that the exact vehicle we wanted had arrived. I bought a Subaru Legacy last night from Jose Sotto, and had a great experience with Brunswick Auto Mart. My salesman and finance department stayed after hours to finish my deal with no problem like they were happy to do it. Jose Sotto was the salesman for my purchase. There was no pressure and no bullshit just hard work to get the deal done that was best for me. Was nice to feel like a salesman was working in my interest.
