Good prices on stuff, very descent, dislike how customers treat the employees, its not layway, they cant hold nothing, if you cant buy it right there, it will be sold, its a goodwill not walmart, target, bestbuy, people are so ungreatful to the works there its a small store which means a small staff, its in a busy area of town, where people are rude if they dont get there way. The staff there handle all customers professionally, some customers are just so rude, an need and additude adjustment, if they dont like what a superviser says they get mad and make a seen, they work professionally here at this location, they talk to each customer with respect, some customers need a chill pill on shopping at goodwill locations, tired of hearing customers complain about prices making it hard for employees and staff to work in an environment that turns hostle when they dont like the answer given to them by a supervisor or managers. People need to be more people skilled. Its not goodwill or the employees its the customers whom shop there that make it hard on the workers when it shouldnt be hard on them. No one want anyone to make there job harder then it should be, some customers are just so judgemental an so rude. A very good place to shop at but snobs are around this area and if they dont get there way they make complaints.

Good place to get some home decor items which might surprise you in so far as being a clothing specialty store. I came across some oil paintings which were in good shape. In so far as clothing you take your chance at any Goodwill. Sometimes you find treasure and other times you can walk out empty handed.

There was not much stuff compared to other thrift stores around austin but everything was well organized and clean! The staff was really friendly and helpful and the prices were reasonable. I would love to visit again

Definitely pricier and the selection is more limited. The staff is very nice but there is almost always no cashier st the register. You have to go find someone to help you check out.

Like most GW boutiques, you can find a pretty good selection on high end apparel and items. It can be hit or miss, but usually I am not disappointed.
