I went in for help on my electric bill and have waited 1 month and it is still not paid. This is the first time i have ever asked for services. My electric is on the verge of being shut off because of non payment. I have never had a bill shut off in my 30 years of paying my own bills. Need more help in the office or organizational skills need to be re-emphasized. Lastly, i have called numerous times and get a recording. What can I do to help get things going?

This place is an embarrassment to Oklahoma City and the Salvation Army. The little woman in front is rude and unprofessional and definitely overpaid. Close your doors and spend your money helping people instead of on payroll for worthless employees. Maybe answer your phones and give information to people seeking help. Minus 5 stars!!!!!

I went for food and was never turned away. To that they the doing Gods work because jesus said feed my people! And that is what they do. Thank you
