This was the worst place i ever been like jail nasty.they kick you out for nothing its gross smells toilets dont work case mangers and staff are cruel and heartless.begging for diapers for my son.food was gross and you cant bring food in.I was so glad they kicked me and me son out on the street at 3:30 in 100 degree heat for missing there pointless meeting.poor treatment but if thats what you like then this place is for you.

Expect to pay taxes back that you write off by giving here. Another give to the poor monopoly scheme only gives food unless you "join them" from 5p to 6a where they wish to "help" you with a jail setup. Typical fare. No shelter during the day must use (westown day center) or risk public loitering tickets.

I was kicked out for lack of growth but its strange how it was the very day I got an inspection date for my house. This place is a colt and the case managers believe they are better than us and treat us like children. I wish i could rate with negative stars they get a negative infinity atleast.

these people are terrible backstabbing judgemental and very manipulative with all the rules not defined at no time varies and fluctuates and will cause you to lose your mind this is not the place for a peace of mind

Do not, I repeat do not volunteer at this facility. The staff treats volunteers rudely and you are given absolutely no support. I volunteered for four years without one single "thank you"

What a horrible place!!!! On my visit there to help the homeless I watched the staff degrade the homeless to the point one man left in tears... Shame on them!
