This place is a joke, I come in as a new donor. Lady says sign in here, I say do I only need drivers license and ss card? She says for now. I was like well am I going to need anything else? She snaps at me and says all you need is a license and ss card for NOW? What is that supposed to mean? I just left and will never be back and I will tell everyone how much they suck. No wonder they have such good reviews when you get a first impression like that.

..horrible.. long wait times, workers with attitudes from hell... i prefer csl plasma... atleast they will actuall ANSWER THE PHONE if you call.. whenever talecris finally answers, i am always summarily placed on hold and then immediately disconnected..

Horrible. Takes too long. Closed on Sundays. Women there have the worst attitude. Not even worth the money after done. Going back to csl
