I visited this store yesterday. I live in Drain, so I am traveling from WAY outside the local area to shop here. I found some very nice brand new "salvage" air filtration units for a great price. Here is the reason for one star - When I went to check out, I forgot to ask about the 55 and over discount that is USUALLY offered and prompted by the cashier, at every thrift store I have ever shopped at. That is when it occurred to me that the cashier did not ask if I could take advantage of any discounts. I was informed by the cashier that they were now not ALLOWED to ask if a customer qualifies for any discounts, "senior" or other wise. When I pressed her further, she explained (with an obvious look of embarrassment) that because 1 person complained because she was "OFFENDED" that she was asked if she wanted or qualified for a discount. What total BS this is. Because ONE person was VAIN and IMMATURE they had the ability to change the standard of service for the rest of us by complaining to the management? Well guess what? I AM OFFENDED THAT I WAS NOT ASKED, AND I AM COMPLAINING! This is a huge disservice to your customers, senior and otherwise that are on limited incomes and my be unaware that they could take advantage of that benefit. UNLESS..... This is some back handed way to appear to be "Politically Correct" in uber-liberal Eugene while laughing all the way to the bank? I would not put it past you folks to use this strategy, all the while claiming to "help the community". Exactly what community are you helping by doing this? My conclusion is yourselves and your corporation by increasing your profit margins. JUST SAD AND HYPOCRITICAL. I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF THE POLITICALLY CORRECT BS AND CATERING TO THE CRAZIES BECAUSE YOU THINK YOU MIGHT GET SUED. GROW A PAIR PEOPLE!!!!

Like with any thrift store, you have to sift through the junk. But there is a lot of great stuff here. Paid sixty bucks for what would have been well over three hundred dollars of clothes and shoes. But it seems likethe store is short staffed. There has always been a wait, and the counter people have been reluctant to cash me out

I think this is the highest priced Goodwill in the area. Selection is good, but not the place to get a blender, ironing board or extension cord ... Walmart is same price or less. Nice people, but line to check out is always long.

Used products that are often overpriced for what they are. I like that Good Will supports those who have trouble finding jobs but I am not willing to pay nearly new price for something that is nearly worn through

The most expensive Goodwill in Eugene or Springfield. I purchase a thousand used puzzles a year and at most every thrift store they are 1 to 2 dollars and here they are upwards of 5 dollars.

Very wide selection of items, if you look hard enough you can even find brand named clothing... The computer shop inside is pretty decent! This place has a little bit of everything.

Most over priced of all the goodwill stores in Eugene. A faded chipped Pyrex bowl for $18.99? The staff is consistently rude as well. I dot even bother going to this one anymore.
