Worst organize plasma donating center I have every went to. Every time you call they put you on hold. I went in to donate on a Saturday . Came back a couple days later to donate again and they said they have to wait on other centers to to see if I donated anywhere else . They could have told me that before I came back. Wasted gas . It is Thursday and I been calling everyday and every time I call they put me on hold for 15 min plus. I would hang up and call back and the same thing happens . Never had this problem anywhere else. If you can avoid this center .

3rd time here trying to donate, spent 5 hours total and still ha e not donated,they bypass you for walk-ins that have donated before so you never get nowhere..The police were called here today for someone asking why was taking so long.. Also watch Lisa at front desk picking up ringing phone and just hang up on people,VERY unprofessional staff! There needs to be a change in management! AGAIN THIS IS MY 3RD TIME HERE SPENT LAST 3 DAYD OFF 3 WEEKS IN ROW HERE FOR SEVERAL HOURS WITHOUT DONATING ..Put me in rooms forgets about ya for hrs!!!

The worst! Check your cards before leaving the center. They have problems paying donors. And the supervisors are ghetto and unprofessional. They already hate their jobs so they take it out on the donors. And the sweetest employees are always overworked. While lazy one just stand and complain. Pay me!

I came in the door and the line was very very long but I figured it would be. As I got done answering my questions I realized they only had one yes 1 person processing doing vitals. There is a line of over 20 people smh CSL has to do better with staffing.

Depending on the day, it may take up to 3 hours to complete the donation, but the staff are nice and are light with the needle.
