Do not waste your time. I was short on cash, so thought to try out donating plasma. I walk in at 10am. After all the screening, 3 hours laters, the technician misses after sticking me. I decide to walk out and throw the idea of easy money out the window. The staff is nice, but undertrained. I noticed several instances of unprofessionalism, with a select couple of staff members above par. Do not go here, unless you need the $$$ and are able to feel uncomfortable throughtout the entire experience.The environment is also unwelcoming. People are constantly walking in and out, smokers by the entrances, and loud conversations in the lobby ( from staff and other victims).

Never been there more than 3 hours and that was a short staffed day. Good way to make bill money. They are 10 times better than the place at South Cooper and Park Row. There only issue, SAD to say is staffing. The turn around of employment is sad. They do 3 strikes your out. So one min late is strike one. Brothers death, strike two. Missed a check box on a chart, your out of there. They have lost already, so many awesome people. Shame! But still a blessing on paying a bill

Horrible service lately. Used to be in and out a few months ago. I got here at 1 hour and 45 minutes ago and still havent been stuck. When you ask why your waiting so long the answer is always " we are short staffed." Lots of people waiting and 80% of the employees and very nonshalant and dont seem to care about your time. Wished i had picked a different place and probably will in the near future.

Some of the staff are ok and some just loud and ghetto like they over their home girl or boy House party. Some not all just look at u crazy rolling their eyes my opinion I feel like they can do better be more professional. And speak instead of stare make u feel uncomfortable... But its not all staff.... No long lines in n out..

I luv this location. The ppl are friendly, they treat you with care, the environment is great. Plus they REMEMBER YOUR NAME so your not a number when they call you back for a chair. If you donate plasma come here first. They are great. -Marsalis-

The staff works very hard but sometimes they move slow. The facility is clean and well kept. Sometimes its a bit of a wait but overall its a pleasant experience. The rude manager is no longer working there so thats a plus.

This place is really slow, if you open at 7 why am i leaving aboy 11. Have to be at work by 12:30. Not enougth staff in the monring. In staff they do Have she is very slow. AM tired of it. Need to do something about it.

Horrible place lady decided to take a break today n it was over 20 ppl in line i dont get it n no one said nothing she just took her time. I feel bad for the other lady because she took majority of the people in line.

Very unorganized. As much money as they make from plasma donations, you would think they would invest a little time into their staff. They act like they are doing you a favor. Rude and ghetto atmosphere.
