Ive been coming here for a few months and everything seemed great until today when one of the staff decided to complain about me not being able to hear her say which room was ready. When i got in the room i could still hear her complaining about it and ultimately embarrassing me infront of the lobby full of people as the other staff laughed about her rude comments. Not only was she complaining aloud to everyone but she then began to admit that shes proud to complain about people "like me" and she proudly admitted to having several complaints on her record and that she could care less. Now up until i saw this person working there i had no problem with this place. Now i question whether to come back. I will be notifying the manager about this.

Rude staff and they discriminate based on where you live.Have lived in motel for 4 years and they wont let me donate but homeless people and dope heads can.Have donated other companies with no issues at all but try to donate here due to my work schedule through week and they are open sundays but discrimination happened.sorry place and staff were very rude

This place is convenient from where I live. The staff is pretty cool and friendly. Yes they may shuck n jive every now and then, but when dealing with all types of donors everyday plus the hours they work accommodating the donors, hey you gotta put some fun in the workplace somehow.

New donors takes 5 hours when they are empty and not busy..... I guess only 1 person can do physical exams. I already ate a big mean but i think i should have brought another meal for the long wait. I recommend avoiding this location.

By far the worst place I have ever been at. All of the staff have no clue as to how to treat anybody. If you want to wait 2-3 hours before you even start then come to this location. I am truly amazed this place is still open.

Rude,ghetto staff. Needs to revamp the whole staff.If you dont like your job, PLEASE get a new one. No need to try to act like you are beter than someone. Your starting pay is like $8.00 dollars lol. This place is a joke!!!

The pay sucks but thats not their fault I suppose. The person below is right about them not changing their gloves. I have personally watched them go sticking multiple people in a row without changing their gloves.

Very RUDE Staff up front , WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE To this place !!!!! They tell you you usually spend about 1/2 hours well thats a lie you end Up Here For Like 4/5 Hours! Horrible place !
