I frequent the many thrift stores in and around town. I particluarly like salvation army stores. I like that they help people, when they really need a helping hand. I had never before visited the salvation army store in midland texas, until today 7-09-10 i found several items that i really liked. Made my way to the register and this women behind register proceded to yell/high pitched/frantic/ voice, about an item i had in my hand. She proceded to yell at me over how much an item was, and i shocked at the rude behaviour flipped the item over and pointed at the price, 99 cents. She ripped the tag off and yelled again this item is this much and etc etc. I was taken aback, she all but accused me of repricing the item, embarrased me in front of several people, really upset me. I donate to salvation army, in many different ways. I shop there, i donate goods and money frequently. I am sad to say, and i hate being like this but i will really have to reconsider spending my money or donating any more money or items to a place that can be sooo rude and mistreat a person. These place are supposeed to be christian based, i really wish that they would conduct themselves in a more christian matter. I and very disapointed in the Salvation Army In Midland Texas.

Most of the items are old and not in good shape. Some things are ok. I guess the good part is that sales go to charity.

Most of them are friendly. Very hard to stay there and get up so early in the morning and be put out in the cold
