Called first,I was told to come in, told it would be fast not many people there. Stood at counter 15min. When someone finally wandered across and noticed a few of us standing and waiting she called the one from the back of the line and asked if she had been helped yet. I told her that we have all been waiting. She ignored the people in line and continued to help the most recent person in the door. I was shocked but realized that she was speaking to the lady in Spanish. The rest of us were white. They were unprofessional to say the least!

Took them almost 2 hours to call me back. And took more than 2 hours to put the money on the card. And its not just once. Feels like everytime i go, something goes wrong
