Very disappointed in the customer service on my latest trip here. Needed to exchange the tablet I bought due to the screen freezing. Two employees were helpful and assured me that it would be no problem, just need to get a managers ok. Manager denied the exchange because it was over the 14 day policy. WALMART ONLY STANDS BY ITS ELECTRONICS FOR 14DAYS. BEWARE WHEN BUYING. It really shows a companies character by what they are willing to do to make a customer happy and keep them a customer. Thanks for selling

What a trashy store. Came in around 2 or so a.m., only 2 lanes to choose from, self check out was disabled. Store had clothes all over everywhere, dog food cans thrown in Jean pile, workers would rather chat with each other then help customers. Ridiculous, rude, dirty etc. Put what I was planning on purchasing back (after standing behind cashier and cashiers friend for 17 minutes as they caught up) and went to Meijer!!!

If you like to return to a store and keep spending money hey this is the place to go but looking at the expiration dates they are way too close to the time of purchase and I do not see a reason for this bullcrap I can go to the Holland location and pack my truck up and make it out to California on the food that I buy at that Walmart and all the way back without expiring running a legal log book... this place is BAD!!!

Tire shop suck had 2 broken parts on suburban and they never told me. An idiot could not of missed the broken parts. Still waiting on store manger to call me. Been about 2 months now. Think its time to have lawyer send them a letter why i was never told about broken parts. After all my kids drive it more then i do. Yes i have recording of my calls and paperwork.

Pharmacy was horrible. Didnt enter the fax in the system so when l went they had to enter it in the system. They asked me to come back in a half hour which I did and the lady was rude and told me it wasnt ready yet so I left then was paged went to the pharmacy only to have the pharmacist, she was polite, tell me they didnt have the medicine. Very frustrating.

Awful. Three different employees told me three different areas to find what I was looking for than I got food from the hot case, because I spent my entire lunch going all over the store for nothing, only to have the chicken dry, old and nasty and no ranch for the cheese stix. Not impressed. But than again I never am at Greenville Walmart.

The only complaint I have are the chronically negative consumers who continue to complain about the class of people that shop here, yet remain loyal customers. Hypocrisy at its finest! The staff are very friendly and helpful. A wide variety of selection, great low prices and a wide variety of brand name selection. Awesome dehi great rotisserie chicken and Awesome Bakery and a great Pharmacy. They have have a great outlet venue,Subway,Eye Care,Banking and a Car Care Center.

I usually find everything I need. Customer service nice. Wish they had a better shoe quality though. Self checkout is easier for me but sometimes need customer clearance on products that went into my cart to quick. This sensitive equipment to sensitive at times. I want to be in & out.

Went to check out at 1130 pm. I asked for all of my bags. The clerk assured me all my bags were in my hand. I should have stopped to check. I had to go back the next day to pick up some items that "I forgot to take" according to the cashier the night before.

Got a oil change and told the guy I was excited about getting the carpet vacuumed and got in my car afterwards and not vacummed....looked at sheet and he put I declined having it vacuumed....WTH
