Best kept secret!!!!!! I most recently found a theory dress this past weekend! Definitely worth my trip from DC to VA. I've found numerous pairs of Ann Taylor and Banana Republic items. Also from my visit on Sunday, I found a pair of Joe's jeans-the rocker cut for 6.98. The furniture is the best, I've NEVER seen a selection like this before! Great prices too!!!! The shoes are even nice! I brought a pair of brand new nine west pumps, 15.98. Now, you may think thats a bit pricey but considering the same shoes retail for 69-79, I call that a deal! Lastly, this location has a boutique section, new items with tags that are a bit more expensive. But again, it's one third of what you would pay in the actual store, sounds like a win-win to me!!!! Get out and go search for your treasure today! You never know what you will find!!! Great customer service too!!!!

donating has never been so demoralizing. if your self esteem is too high, this is the place for you. the donation staff will berate you and everything you came with until your ego is once again normal sized. if however you are a mere mortal just trying to contribute to your fellow man, try the dumpster instead. the wait times are shorter, and the thunk of the lid as your possessions begin their mystical journey to the landfill will fill your heart with more joy than you will ever find at this place.

Bought a pair of shoes which seemed OK but when I wore them for the first time later that same day the soles on them cracked, split, came unglued and littered rubber on our floor. I tried returning them within a week and was told "there is no way you bought those shoes here", so I let them keep their defective shoes, perhaps for quality assurance improvement training? Oh well, a cheap $9 less learned on my behalf. On the positive side the $29 Sony Surround system I bought still works great!

This is by far the worst Goodwill donation center I have seen. The person helping with donations literally just chucked my different items (which unfortunately included flatscreen computer screens) six or so feet into various bins. For a company which claims that donations are their lifeblood, this location seriously needs to provide proper training on accepting donations. Only donate here if you want to feel like your donations are headed right to the dumpster.

This review relates only to the donation center. The parking lot is far too small for the amount of traffic there is on the weekends. I dropped off a few boxes of stuff on a Sunday and there was a 7-10 car line waiting to drop things off. I would suggest going at off times. Also, the store could certainly set up a more efficient drop off arrangement. Still, there are people there to help you get things out of your car if they are heavy so that is nice.

The car drop off arrangement was nice, however it was accompanied by the sound of tinkling glass and the chucking of items into various bins as in other reviews. Not recommended for anything other than clothes and other items which can be thrown into a bin.

This location does not want your donations. I just watched them turn away 15 cars with donations because they decided they wanted to close early (5:20). This is the second time in a row this has happened.

Accept donations large and small. Easy drop-off. Selection inside is good. Can be somewhat difficult to pull into, since you can only do it from one side of the road.

Best goodwill i have ever been too. They jack their prices up though, not sure if "goodwill" is an accurate description of their intentions.

The location on Columbia Pike and S Four Mile Run Dr. is slightly better, but these folks are great too. Very convenient drop off system too.

They have very rude donation collection staff here. I complained a few times, but nothing has changed. I will never donate to Goodwill again.

Efficient when you have to drop off stuff. The store offers lots of clothes, kitchen supplies, furniture, and miscellaneous electronics.
