My girl donated before and i decied to come back cuz i never had a problem but now i do she came in and they couldnt find her file and now she cant donate and she drove from all the way from vb...the time and gas to get there is awhile and us its our choice but when we called and asked if she can donate and she said she has before and it has been awhile and tgey still said she can donate...luckly my grandma lives close by and was able to give her gas money...she didnt want to donate at the vb center cuz she always had issues there...you guys need to think of a new way for old donors or just make a new file she was there for three hrs...im deff not letting her come back.

One of the employees proceeded to remove a needle from a patients arm, and then attempt to draw from me using the same pair of gloves used on patients prior. Did I mention the fact I had to speak up just to get a glove change! Some employees at this establishment need to be filled in on patient safety and what sterile technique looks like.

When I first started at this center, The service was fast and professional. The wait time was not bad and you would be finish in under 90 mins. But now its slower and you would be lucky to get out under 90 mins. Its still a pretty good place to give blood, just wish they could speed up the process!
